We build the operations software that frontline and industrial teams actually use. The plant manager, the warehouse lead, the dispatcher. Their work is physical and fast, and most software sold to them was built for an IT department, not the floor. We build for the person doing the work.
Brightstack Labs is a small, focused set of apps. Each one solves a single real problem for hands-on teams, and none of them need a sales call. Holler, a fast way to call for help on a shop floor, is the first.
More will follow the same rule. We would rather do one thing well than ten things halfway, so when a job is genuinely different, we build a new product instead of piling features onto an old one.
